Arrival Instructions
Renew is located inside David Lloyd Health Club and Spa, but you do not need to be a David Lloyd member. Non-members have full access to attend their Renew appointment — no need to check in at reception.

Enter the Car Park
Enter through the barrier gates into the David Lloyd car park. Free on-site parking, no permit required for Renew visitors.

Head to the Main Entrance
There are two large car park areas. Park in either and walk towards the main building — there is one main entrance.

Find Renew
Walk through the main entrance and you will arrive at reception. To the right of reception you will see the door and sign for Renew Self-Optimisation.

Come Straight In
You do not need to speak to David Lloyd reception. Simply come straight into Renew for your appointment.
Before Your Visit
What to Wear
Please check the clothing guidance for your chosen therapy before arriving. Some therapies, such as red light therapy and cryotherapy, work best with more skin exposure, while others such as HBOT and PEMF can be done in normal comfortable clothing. Red light therapy takes place in a locked private room.
