Renew was built around a simple idea: the way we recover, perform and age deserves the same considered design as the rest of modern life.
Most cryotherapy or wellness rooms feel clinical — fluorescent, sterile, transactional. Renew is the opposite. Calm, low-stimulation, considered. A space where the environment itself is part of the protocol.
We curate only therapies with a clear, repeatable purpose: red light, hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy, PEMF and compression. We don’t add gimmicks. We don’t over-promise.
We sit inside David Lloyd Health Club and Spa in Stockton-on-Tees — premium setting, easy parking, open to members and non-members across Teesside and the North East.
